We’re proud to be locals, having grown up in the Ripon area and building our lives here in the community we love. What started as a shared interest in hospitality quickly grew into a passion for creating welcoming, thoughtfully prepared spaces for guests.

As part of a younger generation in the short‑term rental world, we bring a fresh perspective and a hands‑on approach to every property. We began with one small rental and a lot of hard work, unsure of where it would lead. Over time, we realized how much we enjoyed crafting warm, intentional stays and giving guests a true “home away from home” experience — and that passion continues to drive Kropp Collective today.
