About Kropp Collective
Hosts from just down the road.

Kropp Collective is run by its owner, who grew up in the Ripon area, about fifteen minutes by road from Green Lake. He began with one small rental in town. Today he looks after one home around the lake, and knows it closely.
The story
In the company’s own words
Quoted passages come from Kropp Collective’s own About page.
The account opens: “We’re proud to be locals, having grown up in the Ripon area and building our lives here in the community we love.” It goes on: “What started as a shared interest in hospitality quickly grew into a passion for creating welcoming, thoughtfully prepared spaces for guests.”
The start was modest, and the account says so plainly: “We began with one small rental and a lot of hard work, unsure of where it would lead.” That rental was Serenity on Strauss 400, a duplex in Green Lake renovated as the very first property.
“Over time, we realized how much we enjoyed crafting warm, intentional stays and giving guests a true ‘home away from home’ experience.”
The company counts itself “part of a younger generation in the short‑term rental world”, and describes its approach as hands‑on. “We’re personally involved in every property we manage, bringing a fresh perspective and genuine attention to detail that larger, impersonal rental companies simply can’t match.”

What the company stands for
Great hospitality comes down to three things.
That is the company’s line, and in its words, “the standard we hold every property and every stay to.” Two of the three can be checked against guests’ own ratings.
01Consistency
“We stay actively connected to every property we manage, from real‑time pricing adjustments to routine check‑ins and quality reviews.”
No single rating measures this one. The aim is a stay that feels “intentional, reliable, and guest‑ready, every single time.”
02Cleanliness
“A spotless home is the foundation of a great stay. We hold every property to boutique‑level cleaning standards, ensuring guests arrive to a space that feels fresh, cared for, and truly guest‑ready.”
