For owners around Green Lake
Co-hosting for a few homes, known all the way down.
Kropp Collective is a small local team around Green Lake. We would rather know a few homes deeply than many homes a little, and we are personally involved in every one we look after.

What we look after
Five kinds of work, one small team.
Full-service co-hosting means the whole of the work, not a slice of it. Here is what that covers, in the words we use with owners.
- 01
Co-hosting, start to finish
Guest communication, turnovers, pricing, maintenance and compliance. One local team answers for all of it.
You do not need to live nearby. We look after everything on the ground, so you can be fully hands-off.
- 02
Pricing and listings
Dynamic pricing, multi-platform exposure and professional listing optimization, for one home at a time.
- Rates
- Adjusted with pricing tools and local market data.
- Reach
- Listed across the booking platforms, plus a direct booking page with calendar sync.
- Listings
- Prepared for professional photography, then optimized for each platform.

Before you call
Who we are not right for.
A small team can only go deep on a few homes, so some are better served elsewhere. Better to say so now than after an evaluation.
A home that is not yet furnished.
Short-term rentals must be fully furnished and stocked. If yours is close, we can guide you on what is needed.
A home that cannot meet the rules.
Every home we look after must meet local regulations and guest-ready standards.
A home meant for parties.
Parties and events are not allowed in the homes we look after.
A home far from the lake.
We work in Green Lake and the surrounding area around the lake. Further afield, we are not the right people.
