The house

The Old Fashioned is a log cabin with 160 feet of frontage on Big Twin Lake, minutes from Big Green Lake and the Lawsonia golf courses. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and sleeps 12.

The great room is two stories tall, with a stone fireplace, a dining table that extends to seat 12, and oversized windows looking out to the large backyard and Big Twin Lake.

A sliding door opens onto the deck and its grill, and a screened gazebo overlooks the lake. Upstairs, a loft for reading.

The finished lower level walks out to the backyard and the lake. It has a newly built custom bunk room that sleeps six, a pool table, a video gaming nook and a 75-inch TV.

Three of the bedrooms have a king bed. The fourth is the bunk room, with three bunk beds.

No more than 12 guests
The primary booker must be at least 30 years old and present for the entire stay
No pets
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
No bachelor parties, events or gatherings beyond the registered guests
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Park in the garage and driveway only, never on the lawn or on neighboring property
Stay off neighboring property, lawns and docks
Children must wear a fitted life vest and stay with an adult on or near the water
Use the home's kayaks, paddleboards and rowboat only near its own lakefront, unless we agree otherwise in writing, and never with a motor
Flush only toilet paper: the home is on a private well and septic system
An adult must attend the fire pit at all times
