A farmhouse on a well and a septic system, at the end of a long farm drive. A few things that keep it running well for every guest.
Arrival and departure
- Self check-in with a keypad. Your unique door code arrives before you do.
- Check-in details, house information and quick help all come through the platform you booked on. Message us in your booking thread.
Finding it
Your booking thread has the directions. The last stretch is its own small journey:
- 01Turn between the two large stone pillars.
- 02Follow the long drive, farm fields on both sides.
- 03The first house you see is not the one. Keep going, past the farm.
- 04Hilltop Haven, on the hill above the lake.
The well and the septic
- Please only flush toilet paper: no wipes, feminine products, paper towels or anything else.
- No grease, oils, coffee grounds or food scraps down the sink.
- Keep outdoor water use to a minimum, hoses and sprinklers included, to protect the well.
- If anything seems unusual with the water or the drains, message us right away.
The grounds
- The mowed yard around the house is yours, with room to play and the lake in view.
- For safety and privacy, the farm buildings, any unmowed grass and anything beyond the white picket fences are off-limits.
- The frontage is walkable from the house, though many guests prefer to drive down.
